Estimating accurate construction cost, and identifying potential pitfalls and opportunities, is one of the most important aspects of a successful project.  This is what we do, and do very well.  Over 30 years of experience goes into every estimate we produce.

ESTIMATING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We offer a complete selection of Cost Estimating Services including: Detailed T/M Estimates of both fabrication and installation. We are familiar with Industry Standard fabrication practices (including layout, shearing, notching, bending, welding and surface finishing of all types of metals), and can provide cost estimates for the items you intend to fabricate in-house.  All we need from you, is a listing of the equipment and tooling you have available, and  the Labor Rates you want applied.

We work from electronic drawing files to save both time and the cost of printing and transmitting paper plans.  On large projects we like having a set of paper blueprints as well.
